Sleep

Can't fall asleep?

Remember the last you had huge eye pockets or red broken veins in the eyes due to a lack of sleep?  Chances are you didn't get 7 to 9  hours of good sleep.

Lacking sleep does more than just make you age faster and look older.  When you don't get enough sleep, you lack focus and are more prone to having accidents.

A good night's sleep is a great start to every morning. Sleep allows your body to rest to restore its energy levels.  Sleep allows your body to heal damaged cells.  Without enough restful sleep, we are grumpy and irritable.

Like food and water, adequate sleep is essential to good health and quality of life.  Good sleeps also allow you to perform complicated tasks such as math calculations.

As you age, you may find harder to fall asleep and stay asleep than when you were younger.  Get this:  You don't sleep less because you are aging.  It's changes in the sleep patterns that cause the sleep problems.
