Although I'm no spring chicken any longer at 56, that doesn't stop me from looking young and being wrinkle-free.

In addition to adapting a healthy eating guideline, I exercise and use some anti aging products to fight aging and remain young.  At first I thought eating healthily would be anti aging enough to stay young and fight disease.  I was only partially correct.  In order to fight aging and stay young, you must exercise, eat healthily, and nourish your skin with high antioxidant skin care products.  Why?  Blame it on the environment.  Today the environment is so polluted that your skin will get dry and age fast just by exposure to it.

There is one thing I must warn you about regarding anti aging cream products.  Don't fall for exotic anti aging cream products that claim to eliminate wrinkles and revive your skin the over night  It just doesn't happen.  And don't fall for pricey anti aging products either.  Expensive anti aging creams are not always better.  They are usually manufactured by companies that use celebrities to persuade you that the products actually do wonders.  The truth is that those anti aging products are little different from most others in terms of active ingredients.
